My name is Shannon Meyer and I am a returning student to TRU. I have lived my whole life in Kamloops, BC. I graduated from Westsyde Secondary in 2006 and then came to TRU. For the first 5years I played for the TRU Women’s Soccer Team, and afterwards, gained a Bachelor of Fine Arts. I had originally come back to school to upgrade some courses so that I could apply for Teaching the following year, but I’ve changed gears again and decided to apply for Trades program instead. This coming semester I will be in the Welding program.
